At Honour Optometry we backup our eyewear with an industry-leading warranty and after-sales service to give you confidence in your eyewear purchases.
If your Honour Optometry measured prescription requires a change within 3 months of purchase, we will replace your lenses at no charge to you (1) And of course, any manufacturing faults are covered by repair or replacement for up to 2 years.
We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest level of professional quality eye care and eyewear. We continue to care for you after collection through complimentary cleaning and adjustments for the life of your glasses.
(1)The prescription Lens Guarantee does not apply to changes in optical prescription due to subsequent surgery, such as cataract surgery.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your frames or sunglasses, we will provide you with a store credit up to the value of your purchase. Store credits will only be applied once all returned goods have been safely received in their original packaging and in original condition.
In order to qualify for returns and exchanges, goods must be returned within 14 days from the date that your order is received, in the original packaging and in original condition. If you fail to meet these criteria, the goods will be ineligible for return or exchange.
